National League of Nursing Leadership Institute Branding (2019)

Leadership in nursing requires clarity, collaboration, and forward momentum. The visual identity for the NLN Leadership Institute Conference needed to reflect authority while feeling inclusive and future-focused — positioning the organization as both established and evolving.

PROJECT RECAP

The National League of Nursing (NLN) required a distinct brand identity for its Leadership Institute Conference to attract attendees and reinforce its standing as an industry leader.

I developed a complete event branding system centered around a logo symbolizing collaboration and collective growth. The identity balanced institutional credibility with visual energy, ensuring the conference felt both professional and inspiring.

The system extended across all attendee-facing and environmental materials, creating a cohesive experience from registration to on-site programming.
